Please read the instructions carefully, and complete each section. Double-check that all the information you enter is correct before clicking "SUBMIT". Upon receiving this form, we will review your selections and contact you within 24 hours to confirm receipt of your order, inform you of any necessary changes or substitutions, and send you an image of your display attached to a PayPal invoice. Reservation of your event date and selected signage is complete when we receive payment in full.

Event Date

Select the date you would like your Yard Card to be displayed. (Unless other arrangements are made, your display will be set up sometime after 8:00 pm the night before the event and taken down sometime after 8:00 pm the final night of the event.)

Event Address*

Enter the full street address of the location where you would like your Yard Card to be displayed. Please do whatever is necessary to ensure that we have safe and legal access to the location for both setting up and taking down the display.

Yard Card Greeting*

Enter the text exactly as you would like it to be displayed. We encourage the use of commonly recognized texting abbreviations to keep your message fun and concise. You may use letters A-Z, digits 0-9, letter combinations st, nd, rd, and th (as in 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th, etc.), and the symbols for comma or apostrophe (,), period or dot (.), question mark (?), exclamation point (!), at sign (@), number sign or hashtag (#), ampersand (&), and hyphen (-).

Our Business Sign

Much of our business comes from word of mouth and passersby who notice our displays. Therefore, we ask that you allow us to place a small sign with our business name and contact info off to the side and to the rear of your display to give us credit for our work and provide casual observers a means of contacting us. However, if you feel that such a sign is inappropriate for your event, then check the box below, and we will omit it from your set-up.
